Bidrage med feedbackExcellent choice if you come to Cavusin. All homemade food made at the moment, including the poles. The owners of the place are very nice, they give you a guided tour of their restaurant that was an old house. We ate late and they had no problem serving us. It is undoubtedly one of those restaurants that leave you with a very good taste in your mouth and that make you learn more about the traditions of the place. Absolutely wonderful restaurant! Pottery kebab is amazing, as well as meat pan. Very kind and friendly staff, that were attentive and even helped my girlfriend to present a kebab pot opening for me, that we both really enjoyed! Pricing is great as well. Highly recommend this establishment for visiting! P.S. Tomato soups are not quite traditional (as in italy, for example , so better choose other options : Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₺500–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The hardest thing during my month-long trip to Europe was the food... It's been a while since I've found a house that suits my taste. My son in elementary school lost his appetite and searched for restaurants. It was the only restaurant in Turkey that I visited twice during my 2-night stay because it was said to be delicious. I don't know the name of the food, so I'm posting the food in the order I was satisfied with. 1. Shrimp Dish: Shrimp cooked deliciously with rice and dipped in homemade chili sauce. 2. Mutton in a pot: The taste of the famous pot dish plus the savory taste of home cooking made it more delicious. 3. Grilled sea bream fish: It was grilled with various vegetables such as onions and lemons and tasted very delicious (the fish dish was unexpectedly delicious). 4. Pan chicken dish: It was the first seasoning I tried, but it was delicious (it's perfect to order and mix rice) 5. Turkish Nabioli: The owner's sister said that she made the noodles herself, but the noodles made in small lumps were served with Turkish-style home-cooked sauce, which was unfamiliar but delicious. The restaurant, which is said to have been a place where I lived since my grandfather's time, was full of interesting props like a small museum, and the owner was really, really kind, so I could feel the excitement of our family trip even more. Good, but not spectacular as it would seem from the note it has. The service is very good and the place is nice. The pistachio cream dessert, spectacular. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I came in on a hot day, they showed a cozy spot inside the cave to sit and chill. It was cool inside, Ayesha and the crew service was amazing, super hospitable and friendly people. Cost felt worth it. Highly recommend anyone who’s passing through. Tried a couple of other restaurants in the area but nothing came close to this one. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
