My daughter introduced me to RainBowl this past Memorial Day weekend. It was nice, tidy and a warm environment. The young lady was friendly and accommodating. Everything tasted good including the dressings. My daughter had a RainBowl with raw salmon and loved it. I've seen some comments concerning the protein options, which I did find to be plentiful. Most restaurants do not serve hot foods on top of a salad as it will wilt the veggies. Some other comments suggested the protein options were frozen. Unless they have their own chickens..and the ability to catch fish..those items will indeed be previously frozen. That's how most restaurants run their business concerning meat and seafood. I have zero complaints. Our first experience was very pleasant. I'll definitely go again.

I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Nice clean looking place and friendly service. The ordering is cool because you can make your bowl however you want it. That's a plus, but honestly it's mostly rice. I got like 6 cubes of tuna and it was a $13 dollar bowl without any extra add ins. Regardless, It tasted good! It just wasn't anything exceptional and I won't find myself here too often. They go really light on the meat topping, and also can't prep kale, I had a bunch of stems in mine.

This was my first time eating here!! It was so very delicious, fresh, and healthy! I had the California bowl filled with crab salad and fixings topped with the Sriracha dressing! The dressing had just the right amount of spice! It's a salad I could easily eat everyday it was so good!

It's one of good options in Roanoke.. we try it once and we like it..
