Le Sans Souci - CAVE CREEK

Probably rounding up a bit. Not bad, but nothing special. Caesar salad was yummy, but both my steak and my husband's (different menu items) were bland. Standard middle America food with not enough seasoning or nuance of flavor. Not French. I've had food prepared by a French chef. This isn't anywhere in the same league. Disappointing.

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. We always enjoy eating here because it's quiet the white linen and it's a very nice atmosphere. My mom had the turkey and there was quite an abundance of that on her plate. My dad had the petite filet and it was tasty. I had the ham and that was really disappointing. It was very thinly sliced and a very small portion covered in a liquidy fruit sauce. The service was slower at our table though I did not notice slow service at other patrons tables..we also did not receive the warm bread basket that I saw other tables receiving. As much I have previously liked this place I'm really not sure I will go back.

The food is excellent! The minute steak was perfectly cooked. The crème brulée was the best! The atmosphere is very nice. Quiet as well as classy, nice music and beautiful scenery. The service was the best I have ever experienced. So friendly, fast and there was never a need to ask for anything it was always there! Thank you to all the people working yesterday when I took my grandpa in. You are all amazing!

We had our birthday dinner there and the meal and service were top notch. We enjoy the quaint, homey dining experience with great personal service. The four course meals really can't be beat.

We were there last night for dinner. Quite little place...nice wine list and exceptional food. Our wait person was beyond nice and very knowledgeable! Rack of Lamb...one of the best I've ever had...Lobster Thermidor was also over the top delectable! Wide selection of deserts....even got an extra to go! We will be back!!!
