Al Torcolo - CAVAION VERONESE

This restaurant pizzeria is ideal for dining on hot summer nights, since it offers a large outdoor facility surrounded by trees and green. Pizza was ok, but service not as good. On the table there was missing some silver, we had to ask for bread when the waiter should have served it immediately after we seated. Large parking and moderate prices.

We'd stumbled across Al Torcolo having been deeply disappointed by a joint up the road and weren't optimistic about getting served, having finally found a parking space. Turns out our worries were unfounded, this place can cope with the numbers, our pizzas were tasty and highly customizable ... one of our party wanted to ask for a pizza calzone with crispy bacon, just to see how, but baulked at the fence at the last minute. Visit, enjoy.

With my wife I had a wonderful experience at Torcolo. A wine menu starting with a goat cheese and root beet salad, then a vegetarian lime and onion soup. Duck for main course and fresh peaches cake to finish. All with great italian wines to follow.

One of the best restaurants in Verona. Extremely accommodating staff, awesome food and great drink choices. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!

This is a local legend as far as 8 am concerned. Probably the best house and tortellini I have ever had. Followed by superb steak. This was a superb family dinner from rissoto to local lake fish. Really great food and brilliant service. A restaurant hidden in the spectacular Bardolino countryside. Sitting in the open air with Antonella presiding over a busy but calm service is a joy to savour. Really worth visiting if aurhentic italian food and great wine is your joy
