Mazzio's Pizza - Catoosa

Pizza is always done during the time frame I'm given and delicious, hasn't disappointed yet. Employees have always been nice too.

The New York style specialty pizza was pretty boring! The staff was awesome!!!! I feel sorry for them. Some of the machines by the registers was making so much noise you couldn't even talk to pay for the flavorless pizza. Need ear protection. And it was right by the driver through window. The staff said the could not hear anybody ring the bell for service from the front door OR drivethrough. We didn't know the pizza was absolutely flavorless until we got home. We can't find a GOOD pizza anywhere in Tulsa anymore. Everyone cuts back on the cheese and toppings which means your eating $30 of baking dough. I just want my money back and they can keep the pizza. I Don't want to end on a negative rant. I will say, it was a few years ago, but Mazzio's did have fantastic pizza! Unfortunately, times have changed for the worse.

I usually have no issues here. But I just picked up 4 medium cheese pizzas and the crust is like rawhide leather.

When I arrived to pick up my order thru drive thru, after sitting there for 10 minutes, I was told my order had been given away but they were remaking it, if I'd pull out front they'd bring it out when ready. 15 minutes later the manager (very nice guy) brought it out, gave me a $15 store credit a family size ranch dressing. Awesome. But, I got home, and part of my order was missing so I had to go back. What should have been a 7 minute trip to pick up dinner turned into almost an hour. But the manager was very accommodating.

The Pizza was done just right and the young girl at the register was very polite and professional.
