Krispy Kreme - Catonsville

The service was great. However the donuts being served were cold. Not room temperature but like they were in a cooler. I asked what time did they turn on the light to let customers know donuts are cooking. She stated 7am to 9am and 5pm to 7pm. Krispy Kreme you're known for freshly made donuts.

Came in just now at 1:15 PM (24 June), I was going to order a dozen donuts to include 6 of them glazed but I asked the guy if I could have some of the fresh ones that were coming out of the oven and he said no. He said it was for the “route” so I immediately left. They had so many coming out, 6 of those “route” donuts were not going to make a difference. You should always treat the customers who are right in front of you with respect and great customer service. You guys failed today!

Pulled into the drive-thru around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening. We were asked for our order and my husband asked for a dozen donuts. They asked him for what kind and he started to name the flavors. The attendant interrupted and said we only have glazed. They should have said that in the first place . So my husband said okay I'll take a half dozen of glazed. They asked us to pull around to the window and when we did there was a car sitting at the window. The attendant and the driver of the vehicle were talking. We sat there for more than 5 minutes while they continued to talk. That's when we pulled off and left.

I ordered ahead online. When I got to the store, just after the time that I had selected on the check out, my order was not started. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead? In addition, the store was out of minis, and I had ordered a box. When I requested a box of plain glazed instead, no mention was made of the fact that there was a price difference and that I should have had a dollar refund. Finally, the employee handed me two dozen plain glazed, instead of the fan faves box I had ordered. When I questioned her, she tried to correct me, then realized I was right and seemed unhappy about fixing it, not at all apologetic. I don't know if the Columbia location is any better, but that is what we will be trying the next time I want Krispy Kremes.

820p closed, lobby drive through service, although website says til 11p. I can see them inside they answered phone after several rings. So sad, maybe they ran out of donuts? :
