The restaurant did not have the Brownie Sundae as listed on the menu.

Oh no, the service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. At noon, there was a long line with only two people working. It was quite chaotic.

Lazy and unprofessional service, will not be ordering from here again!

What kind of ice cream places tell you to order online then tell you they don't sell sundaes today and get snarky about it. Never going back.

Horrible horrible customer service. Lady was so rude. Yelled at my husband and I for adding toppings. I will never go this establishment again. And I encourage others to not patronize a business with such lousy customer service.
