Le Delizie Della Cascina - CATANZARO

Dinner time: we tried the starter with cheese and salami, tagliata di manzo (with potatoes, vegetables) hamburger. The meat is good but nothing special. We looked for something more specific of the zone but our bad that we were not well informed. The prices are ok. Staff is really gentle and the place (inside) is very nice.

The restaurant is very cozy . The staf us surprisingly nice and very helpful and professional . A great winery selection . The menu is short but made of high quality and local ingredients . Definitely a place to go when in Catanzaro

Our driver, Francesco S, took us to this Enoteca la Cascina. We had asked to go to a place where we could do some wine tasting. It was a much more rewarding experience than any previous wine tasting (note: we have been to some great wineries in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York). We met the owner Tommaso at his wine shop and Italian specialty story across from the restaurant. We thought we would taste the wines here. We were then escorted across the street to his restaurant where our driver, Francesco, told (in rapid Italian) what we wanted to taste. Five wines and five dinner courses follow, each one better than the previous one. Our servers Saverio and Rosella surprised us at every turn. Such outstanding wine, food, and service. A young female patron then help translate our thanks to Tommaso. And to top off the evening, Saverio (Tommaso's son) drove us back to our hotel. Once in a lifetime experience with some great paesanos on our trip of a lifetime (10th anniversary). Ciao bella and molto grazie, Nicola Elizabeth Parisi

Come da titolo, non ci si può lamentare per la bontà del cibo. Ma siamo assolutamente fuori da ogni logica sui prezzi. Pagare euro a testa per un antipasto, un secondo piatto con contorno ed il dolce, non è corretto. Bottiglia di vino da euro circa, nulla di particolare, anche se comunque una carta oComunque qualcosa dove capire il costo della bottiglia che si prende, sarebbe consigliato.Bravi i ragazzi del servizio. Anche se la mascherina va indossata come si deve ed il Green pass va richiesto.

Delizioso!!! Personale gentilissimo, atmosfera rilassata e tranquilla. Cibo di ottima qualità e selezione vastissima di vini pregiati!
