La Pinsa - Catania

Without argument the best pizza we ate in Italy. I know they are not technically pizza, but Pinsa, the difference is not wheat flour, but corn, rice and I think soy flour, but the result was the lightest, most delicious and let us be honest, the most digestible bread base of any pizza we have tried. In addition, the toppings were creative and only the freshest ingredients were used. They looked amazing and the evidence was that not a single piece or crumb was left after. Even if you can find Pinsa somewhere in Catania, I doubt that this restaurant can be beaten.

The food is delicious and super easy to digest the service is great, very friendly people, you can come to the Pinseria il pomodorino your eyes closed!

Pinsa veramente ottima e i prezzi sono eccellenti. Il pizzaiolo e, in particolare, la cassiera sono molto simpatici. La Pinsa è davvero deliziosa.

Il personale è gentile, ma questa è l'unica cosa positiva che abbiamo riscontrato. Abbiamo ordinato due pinse con pomodorini. I pomodorini erano immangiabili, troppo acerbi. La pasta della pinsa era troppo pesante, davvero lontana da altre pinse mangiate in altre occasioni. La mortadella sulla pinsa non era molto fresca e, inoltre, era davvero, davvero carica di condimenti. Con mezza pinsa ci siamo saziati, tanto da sentirci male. Non lo consiglio.
