Dairy Queen - CASTROVILLE

Every time we crave a blizzard, we make the drive to Castroville. Despite having a Dairy Queen near our house in Hondo, we always face disappointment as the blizzards are consistently made incorrectly. We appreciate Castroville for always being on point with their blizzards.

This restaurant is the ideal spot to cool off during a hot Texas summer! The ice cream here is incredible, whether you try their signature Oreo Blizzard, Butterfinger, or one of their delicious malts and shakes. The food is also good, although not quite as outstanding as the burgers, fries, salads, and tacos they offer. When you think of Texas, Dairy Queen definitely comes to mind - at least for me!
