Subway - Castro Valley

I usually don't visit this location, but I found that this Subway is having a tough time with business. They only added three small pieces of meat to my senior mother's sandwich. Additionally, they took her change and put it in their tip jar without asking. It seemed to me that they were taking advantage of seniors at this location.

I really love the remodel, but I had trouble understanding what the staff were saying. This made the experience feel complicated and quite rushed.

No way! I asked for mayo, and instead, I got a mayo explosion with barely any other ingredients. It was very poorly made.

Got almost empty sandwiches. Can't see or taste the meat in the Sandwiches.

The restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff is polite and very accommodating. Service is quick, and there is plenty of free parking available both inside and outside.
