Siam Chicken - Castro Valley

I ordered a green curry vegetarian. There was a special but the person charged me full price and then told me that I had to ask again for it to qualify at the time of ordering. Even though the sign was right in front of the cash register. Very poor customer service. And the food was barely qualifying as asian. Besides, the attitude was also terrible. You would think customer service would be better as people are trying to keep customers

The fried chicken at this restaurant has a decent taste. The aroma is natural and inviting. They also provide a ginger-flavored sauce that pairs well with the fries.

Decided to give this place a try during a lunch break one day with a coworker. She told me their sauce here was better than rooster and rice so I had to try it. The sauce was a bit better but I wasn 't a big fan of it because it was too gingery for me. As for the flavors of the actual chicken and rice..... it was okay. I definitely still prefer rooster and rice. I found the chicken here to be a bit on the dryer side and the rice to have a bit of a weird flavor that didn 't really taste like chicken rice

This restaurant was not good. I ordered the spicy vegetarian dish, but it was very bland with just rice, carrots, and broccoli. There was no spice at all. The soup that came with it was also not good. It took 10 minutes to be prepared. I don't think this place will be in business for much longer.

The restaurant offers dishes such as rice and chicken or rice and curry. I had the coconut water, which was served in an actual coconut, giving it an authentic touch.
