All the food was very fresh and warm even when we got it dropped off. Sealed for delivery and handled with care.

I had a really hard day at work. and all i wanted to make me feel better was my Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal its the best thing thats happened since father got ill... i ordered excitement rushing thru my veins as i watched my dasher bring my Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal to my front doorstep. Then the message. pure bliss. i bolted to the door my taste buds craving the sandwhich. i tore open the bag didn't even get to the fries. FINALLY ME AND MY Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal IN PERFECT HARMONY. i took that glorious bite. the angels cried. i am happy. till i looked down and saw the patty hasnt been cooked fully... i could practically hear the mooing of the cow. i set my burger down and sat. disappointed.lost. broken. mcdonalds all i wanted was my Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal why must you torture me?

This particular Mc Donalds is always giving me wrong or missing items. Missing Coke, no sauce for chicken nuggets, I mean ALWAYS. I order no salt on fries, but no, they keep adding salt on it! They also offer no choice of biscuits on their breakfast menu. Fried apple pie on menu is ALWAYS out!!

I added lemon for the hot tea but no lemon given. I got charged $1.00 for it. No Ketsup was given for 2 large fries

I placed my order at 10:01 am for 2 sausage McMuffins, 1 hash brown, and a small water. I watched as others came in, ordered, and received their food. When I asked about my order, they had to check the screen again, found it, grabbed my food, and then told me they were out of water. At 10:26 am, I realized how busy it was in the restaurant. Several employees and someone taking orders clearly saw me waiting by the pickup counter. One employee even had to hand a customer their food around me, but nobody bothered to update me on my order.
