Great ambiance, there was a good live band. Plenty of tasty wines and they have delicious bitings.

Love how elegant they 've made this basement space it 's always a nice respite from the outside world. Enjoy their flights and great beer selection, and the popcorn is always tasty. Peer into the heart of deliciousness with the sous vide cheesecake, made of goat cheese with graham cracker crumbs and Irish whiskey dulce de leche. Quite tasty! But I admit, I was sad to see it served in jar form versus a slice. I probably should have guessed that from the sous vide, huh?

We go to their happy hour and just love the ambiance of their downstairs lounge.

We usually only come here for special events where they do a set menu and wine pairing. Last one we went to was Hawaiian themed with a live band playing Xmas music island style. We always have a good time. It's usually fairly intimate and each dinner has about 20-25 guests. Just follow Castro Valley Marketplace on social media to get notified about these events.
