Sushi Yaris - Castres

Always a treat, I've been there regularly and for years. The sushi (or California... are simple, good and good dimensions. This is not fioritures or foie gras. It's simple and effective. I don't put 5 stars because we don't find original sushi as in some big cities. The owner does not advertise, nothing is displayed outside except the name of the badge. 6 tables inside, from 2 to 6 people. Too bad it's not open at noon, too.

Very good sushi. The difference is blatant with my past experiences. The plates on site are beautiful and generous.

Given negative opinions, but this must be the experience of these people. As far as I'm concerned, I take a scheduled take-off once every 15 days, M13 or M12. I find their sashimi, maki, delicious sushi and fresh. They are kind, useful and professional despite the language barrier. Maitrise de la langue à nuancer, because when reading comments, I note that many do not master the language, even if they criticize. It's expensive. But elsewhere, it's cheaper and cheaper. Try and test. Good tasting.
