Bidrage med feedbackWe had a large group and had to wait for an understandably long time. However, the staff, led by Bill, kept us informed and were extremely patient. We were served by Alexis. She was very friendly, engaging, and patient. Other customers were calling her over while she was working with us, but she kept her cool, was polite, patient, and continue to deliver quality service. The food was delicious and she even then joined in on our awesome birthday conversation. Keep up the great work!
The food was prepared perfectly AND was hot. Compliments to the cook! The service was well beyond our expectations. Our waiter was very respectful, humorous and fast. The host was equally as professional. Very friendly welcome and had amazing customer service skills. Will definitely be returning at this location when back in town.
With respect to how busy the restaurant was being a Sunday, we were good natured in the restaurant. We were waiting 15 minutes after being seated to be visited by a wait staff- just to introduce themselves, another 15 for our orders to be taken, at least 25 minutes before we got drinks, then appetizer another 25 for our food. I received my steak first and potatoes 10 min after. I was optimistic about my steak even though it was completely crispy on the outside. Although i ordered a medium rare, i received welldone. Our wait staff visited after 2 minutes of receiving our food to see how things were but i didn't realize my steak was completely cooked through then. She did notice our drinks needing refilled but was too busy and forgot so after everyone was just about done eating, she returned with the refills. That's when i talked to her about my steak. There was a half of a 6oz left. The first piece i thought maybe a fluke, the second i realized it was well done. The third piece my husband wanted to see so he took a piece. I told her i didn't say anything because i was worried i wouldn't be eating for another hour at least and was starving. I wouldn't have been able to say anything anyway because she barely visited the table. I asked for what can be done and she said the manager took care of it. They gave us less than $3 off of a $30 plate (i got premium sides that i didn't finish because of my steak). They've left a sour taste in our mouths from the service to the food.
Zae is a great server! He knew everything we needed before we even thought to ask! Great atmosphere and delicious food!
Every state I travel to that has a LongHorn steakhouse nearby I try to hit it before I leave. Yes there are a lot of steakhouses. Yes everybody has something they're good at. Longhorn is great at nearly everything. This location is no different. They have flat out mastered the art of making a good regular old steak. Always properly seasoned and cooked to the proper temperature. They don't use poor cuts of meat no gristle to bite through. Always tender juicy steak. That is what I had this time but I have certainly had the parmesan chicken, the red rock shrimp, the burger, and everything is just good. Potato soup is awesome, steak fries are good, macaroni is dynamite, and unlike a lot of places the baked potatoes are always done perfectly. Keep up the good work!
