Really enjoyed the Coconut Chili Bowl and Energize (carrot, apple, ginger, lemon) juice.

We love this place! Healthy food, clean and local ingredients and it’s one of the only places around that there is an abundance of gluten free options. The staff is always SO friendly and their warm drinks are wonderful. If you ever get to try their homemade chipotle sauce… it’s incredible! We love to eat here whenever we are in Castlegar.

Small but very friendly place. My family and I were very happy to stop here for lunch on our way to Osooyos. Food is excellent, tastes good and fresh. I had the poke bowl with tofu. I normally don't like tofu, but I loved this one. My kids loved the burrito and quesadillas. Oh, the kombucha, tastes so good, so much better than the supermarket ones. Thanks for a great experience.

Really good food!! Went here for the first time and was really impressed with the Reuben but I fell in love with the charged frozen hot chocolate Very nice break from what seems like only pub food options in Castlegar. I’m already dreaming about my next frozen hot chocolate

We were very happy with the food style (healthy, varied, and colourful with interesting spins on common ideas), the house kombucha (subtle and easily drinkable), and the blended juice (again, not too sweet, great flavours). Service was reasonably prompt. Bathroom was clean and had a change table (something we count as a bonus). Overall: recommend and will be back
