Bidrage med feedbackCame to this Taco Bell and I made a mistake and ordered the wrong combo. When I told the staff that I had wanted chalupas, not a burrito, a worker came to the window and scolded me that I had ordered the burrito. I said, maybe I did make the mistake, but I didn't want the burrito and would pay for the extra for the chalupas I did want. I understand her frustration with me because I made the mistake, but I don't understand the customer service. People make mistakes and she should have graciously talked with me about it to fix it, rather than scold and act irritable. I stop here from time to time traveling from Denver to Colorado Springs, but next time, I will not be stopping at this restaurant.
I 'm not usually one to write a bad review but after my experience here I couldn 't help it. I work nearby and this is a close place to get food quickly so myself and two coworkers rode in the same car to order we had three separate orders and began placing them when we go to the 3rd order the guy taking the order rudely said just so you know in the future we only allow two orders per car and I said okay we can gladly take our money elsewhere and he said okay the total is x amount see you at the window if you choose to pay while chuckling. I know this is fast food and you 're concerned with your times but your customer service should ALWAYS be more important than that. When I called to speak with the manager he said the same thing and said because of our times we only allow two orders per car. Like come on, you should make your customers more important than that. We went to Wendy 's after and had NO problem placing 3 orders in one car. I do not recommend this location ever now and i used to stop here frequently before this!
This is my favorite place to visit! The staff is friendly and upbeat during the night shift. The food is consistently hot and fresh. I also love their $1 menu, which is perfect for a quick snack. I tried the Nacho Crunch and absolutely loved it! It's a shame it's only available for a limited time.
I used to manage three Taco Bell locations back in the early '90s, and it was a lot of fun. I made many friends and gained valuable life experiences during that time. I recall the day when the Pope visited East Colfax; I was working at the Williams store, and it was incredibly busy. There were long lines stretching for blocks as everyone waited to grab lunch on that hot day while anticipating the Pope’s arrival. I have so many great memories from my time at Taco Bell, which is why I continue to eat here—to reminisce about my experiences as part of the Taco Bell family.
They are supposed to close at midnight, but it's only 10:23 PM and they are already closed. I'm very disappointed. All I wanted was a taco.
