Stumpy's Deli Subs Pizza - Castle Rock

I eagerly awaited my delivery of NY-style pizza, a true favorite of mine since childhood. When I finally opened the box, my excitement soared! The pizza looked incredible—if only we hadn’t devoured it before I could snap a picture. The crust was wonderfully crispy and flaky, with just the right amount of flop for easy folding. The cheese covered the sauce like a fresh blanket of snow, while the sauce itself offered a sweet flavor with subtle hints of oregano. I’m sure Dave Portnoy would rate it a perfect 10/10!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service and delicious food. The garlic cheese bread is simply out of this world! The pizza sauce has a fantastic flavor, and the cheese blend is surprisingly tasty. Our server, Gretchen, took great care of us and ensured that my beer was perfectly chilled. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

They offer pizza by the slice during the day. There are plenty of pinball machines, two pool tables, and a few TVs. My child really enjoys going there for lunch to have slices and play pinball. It's a good idea to check their opening hours, as I'm not certain if there have been any changes due to COVID or if they were just running late that day. Overall, we always have a great time, although it can get quite busy during peak hours. I'm not familiar with the entire menu since we typically only order slices and boneless wings, but they do serve beer as well.

The pizza is absolutely fantastic! I've ordered delivery a few times, but I finally had the chance to dine in. The beers are great, and the service and food are excellent. I will definitely be returning!

We ordered the Mediterranean chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was attentive and incredibly kind. The atmosphere was fantastic, making it a great spot to dine.
