Smashburger - Castle Rock

I love it! My first time eating at Any Smash Burger and I love it!!!!

She has a little rocky right from the bat, we were standing in the register area to order before we could, the employee went without recognition, we stood there for a few minutes only wondering what was going on, quickly ahead to get our food, I ordered the Brisket Cheeseburger, she could not even tear the brisket it was so hard to pass the manager so that I would definitely be her looking for, I was just on. Thanks for doing it right.

The person in the register was super friendly, but very inefficient. We waited 35 minutes for our lunch at 1:00 on Saturday. Isn't that fast? They were busy, but not muded in any way. During our very long wait we saw the girl who led the food around just an article in a time with the rest of the table waiting 5 minutes before the rest of the items. When we finally got our food, the burger was pretty good, but the pommes were completely cold. The bathroom was dirty. The sign says they are under new management. You really need help!

I think this is a fake SmashBurger. A real SmashBurger would not put Mayo and tomatoes on my Colorado Burger after I asked for no Mayo or tomatoes. And even if they did, they wouldn't fix it by removing the tomato and lobes of a new bungalow on the Mayo covered patties. And a real SmashBurger wouldn't give me a mostly empty cup of pommes and call it? (See picture) I very disappointed to learn that this is a real place of my favorite Burger counterpart. I asked for a refund and went instead to CAVA, but I can't get the time I returned.

Somehow, a grilled chicken sandwich still managed to be greasy. Tater tots were a better dietary choice than sweet potato fries (check the website for nutritional information), Chicken tenders were too breading-y, but still tasted ok. Decent food, reasonable service.
