Qdoba Mexican Eats - Castle Rock

On a positive note, the salads, salsas, and other sides that came with the meat were plentiful, which makes the small amount of meat feel even more disappointing. The worst part was when we called for assistance; we were told a manager would call us back in about 15 minutes. That was on Saturday, and now it’s Wednesday with still no response. We had to order pizzas to ensure everyone had enough to eat, so it's needless to say that I won't be recommending Qdoba for catering. This was a very disappointing experience.

This is by far the worst Qdoba location in all of Colorado. The level of bad service here is almost impressive. The staff is rude and they talk about customers where others can easily hear them. No one seems to know how to properly wrap a burrito, and the portion sizes are inconsistent. I’ve visited this place several times, always hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I won’t be doing that anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location in Castle Rock instead.

I dined here this evening and experienced excellent service. The food was fresh, and the staff was very friendly!

Although the dish was tasty, it wasn't as pretty/appearing as I want. I don't like what they did with the inner of this load. it is very industrial, not very welcoming.

New to Colorado. I'm a Chipotle fan, but T-Mobile gave me $5 voucher so tried Qdoba out. Ordered on their app. Easy order was ready when I went to pick-up. Taste was ok, but not the flavor Chipotle offers. Think I'll stick with them.
