Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Castle Rock

Tonight (sonday) at 8:29 clock (they are at 9 o'clock,) with the intention to get 4 sandwiches - we wouldn't eat if they close 30min. a young man with blond hair to his shoulders came out from the back, hit a metal bowl so hard that it was through the empty restaurant echo, and looked at us, sighed and rolled his eyes. then muddled only a minute and went back to the back. we have gone out. there are many other sandwich sites in castle rock. with such a warm greeting we find a place that does not treat like a stubborn. it is sad that bad customer service can ruin a place.

Love this place! in my experience is the journey through super fast and never secured. staff are always friendly and polite. the subs are perfectly roasted. I probably also got the best almost food milkshake I've ever had from them. the wreck might be the perfect sandwich.

Eating was great. fresh brot. quick service. the girl was amazing at the drive thru.

Ordered online to pick up on our way through the city. eating was ready when we arrived, tasted great and the staff was friendly! will definitely get back in when we come through castle rock!

Got a Avo Turkey in the drive through only find that there was no ?Avo? in my sandwich when I got home. I personally love potbelly sandwiches and was excited to find this location. What a disappointment on the service
