Pj's Pizza - Castle Rock

There’s no indoor seating, just a few picnic tables outside, so it’s primarily a takeout spot. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it! I’d recommend giving this place a try. It's 2020, and they seem to have a solid product, so if I lived in or was visiting Castle Rock, I would definitely stop by. Many of the negative reviews are from years ago, so it seems they have improved.

The pizza was average and didn’t stand out. It’s not my top pick, but I might consider trying it again in the future.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect given the mixed reviews about this place, but I have to say, that was some fantastic pizza! It had plenty of toppings, a perfect sauce-to-cheese ratio, and a lovely crust. I will definitely be back! It does take a little while to get your food, but I felt it was worth the wait.

Absolutely fantastic in every way! We ordered the large sampler, and it made everyone in my family happy! There's plenty of parking, it's easy to find, and they prepare your pizza fresh right when you order. This isn’t one of those big places that just reheats cold pizzas from the back; everything is made fresh to go. It might take a little longer, but it's definitely worth the wait! They offer over 50 different types of pizza—50! Who else has that many options? It would take a lifetime to try them all. They also have sandwiches, other entrees, garlic knots, and cinnamon knots as sides. The place may seem small at first, but it absolutely deserves a 5-star rating!

Last Saturday afternoon, my husband and I stopped by to pick up a pizza to take back to our camping trailer. We ordered a take-and-bake pizza, and shortly after, a young man approached our truck to let us know that they were out of the usual disposable pans. He kindly offered to prepare our pizza on a regular pizza pan instead. I agreed, mentioning that we could return the pan the next day, but he said that wouldn't be necessary. A few minutes later, he returned with our pizza and provided us with baking instructions. The pizza itself was quite tasty; they used cornmeal to prevent the crust from sticking to the pan, and they were generous with the toppings. The only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the flavor of the sauce, as it was a bit bland. Overall, we were very impressed with their customer service, and we're definitely looking forward to returning!
