Pino's Italian Kitchen - Castle Pines

When I visit my mother, we always stop and have dinner at Pino?s Italian Kitchen and Bar. Pino?s is the Restaurant to go and enjoy a relaxing and romantic evening. Great place to go for lunch, business meeting, or just stop in and have some very cool refreshments. And the cuisine is truly exceptional with a variety to choose from. The staff at Pino?s take tremendous pride in making our visit and dining experience delightful. Went to Pino?s and had to leave a review. The atmosphere was charming, the energy wonderful. Our food was mouthwatering. My wife had the Chicken Parm Pink. It was outstanding! Our waiter Sam, is a long time employee and made the whole experience complete. Thank you Sam and Pino?s!!! We will definitely be back.

The best service and we eat? ve had in a very, very long time. this place is sensational! the service: sam was our server and greeted us at the door. He was extremely personal and took the time to offer suggestions from the wine and food menus. his suggestions were in front of location. he even invented special drinks for children who request sweet tee (prite and icy). then he followed his unique service by giving both young a stack of baseball cards from his personal collection. to cover everything, he has cooked our dessert table side and it was the show! that eat: so delicious! my oldest son even tried something new for him and he was blown away by the taste and proportions. he's a picky young man, so that's what it says! I had a seafood dish to which the scallops were perfectly cooked. we live in loveland, but would make happy the journey down here again and again, just to the quality customer service and eat that we did tonight?

My father and my stepmother live in castle pines, they have been here for years and it is one of the best Italian restaurants that they swear. I went here tonight with my father and brother, eating was really amazing. the banans promote for two was so delicious, I took a picture of it after we swallowed a part of it, it didn't take long. 5 stars and the chef sam was great, great.

There were five people in our party. I ordered the short ribs with angle hair pasta. The dish came with fettuccine pasta and a few pieces of shredded beef, less than 2 ounces. The server brought some more meat, another 2 ounces. For the price, it was a total disappointment! Also, my wife's Saltimbocca had no prosciutto and the chicken was chewy. The other dishes were served at room temperature. If you like to fill yourself up with pasta, this is the place to go. Otherwise, there are better Italian restaurants.
