Victoria Avenue Cafe - Castle Hill

I took my 87-year-old mother, who uses a walker, to the coffee shop. We waited for the service to seat us and order coffee, which took a while. Finally, we got our coffee and paid, only to be told that we had to wait again to pay the bill as there was no table service. When I questioned this, the staff told me to "wait my turn" and served a few more customers before assisting me. The place was crowded and there were no other options nearby, but the rudeness of the service made it unbearable for anyone who had a choice.

I would like to commend Victoria Ave Cafe for their wonderful food and exceptional service, particularly from one of their female employees who was incredibly friendly and professional. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and was very accommodating. It's rare to experience such great customer service in today's world, so it was a pleasant surprise. I don't know her name, but I remember that she was very eye-catching. Congratulations on a job well done. I will definitely be returning.

Have stopped here several times. Love the comfy chairs and table. Usually quick service. We can have a quick bite discuss our shopping finds relax our feet or have a meal after we have finished shopping. Excellent variety. From sandwiches open melts...to t bone steak and pastas. Prices vary accordingly. Staff and owners are always welcoming

Cafe is situated in the middle of the main thoroughfare for the shops and it gets very noisy due to its location and lack of any sound absorption screens. Snacks and coffee is fine and there is also a good selection of cakes.

This was hands down the worst burger I have ever had in my life. It was bland, lukewarm, and the patties were almost raw.
