Domino's Pizza - Castle Hayne

This location like 3 months ago was decent but since then it’s been really really bad. One day there was a girl worker sitting her butt on top of the food counter. This last delivery we received was absolutely horrible. Pretty much inedible. If I could get a refund I would and never order from here again! Don’t waste your money just buy a frozen pizza if want junk. Think they are just putting out bad food so people stop ordering and they can get easy money just sitting around doing nothing because nobody wants to order their junk! Close this place down lost my business

Took 1 and 1/2 hours to receive the order . Pizza pasta were cold . The brownie was warm .

Everything is nice the down side is the extra for anything is not really extra. Order extra cheese or sauce/meat product and never get the extra like it used to be!

We ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:10 pm on 3/2/24. When we ordered the app said it would take an hour for the pizza to be delivered, we were ok with this since it is Saturday night. At 10:25 pm we still hadn’t received the pizza so I called the store. I was told I would need to come pick my pizza up. I asked to speak to the manager and he offered no solution other than me getting in my vehicle and driving to the store. I asked for a refund and all he said was ok and then hung up on me. I have contacted the customer service for Domino’s corporate and filed a complaint. I guess we’ll see if we get a response. Hopefully corporate is not run the same as the store in Castle Hayne.
