We had dinner with a cutter of meats and cheeses and a Florentine with potatoes. The meat was very good and cooked to perfection, we were also given the golden stone. Cantuccini and vin saint excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. From Maremma I recommend this place.
We booked regularly for three people and arrived at the club on a perfect schedule. They make us sit and wait for 10 min. the waitress, bring us a sheet with the menu. We ask instead of three single appetizers, a tray to be diverted then for three people, but it tells us that this request would be difficult for the kitchen. then we ask for two appetizers that we will then be managed by us. Then we order a medium cooking cut, two grills asking for beef well cooked, a side dish of grilled vegetables and fries. Water, wine. We are served in the meantime a small entrance of aromatizata zucchini, to which I congratulate a second waitress, but I also believe the owner of the place, and I ask if the hege grass has been used. We wait half an hour for the appetizer. Here comes a small tray with sliced and a glass with two , repeat 2 artichokes. the bread still does not exist. Still hungry we start, then as soon as the maid passes, always without mask, I ask if he can add a artichoke as we were in three. He says yes.. Take the two artichokes away and disappear for 15 minutes. Meanwhile the poor appetizer is consumed. then three artichokes come and eat to themselves. But... we wait for the meat... spend 20 minutes...it still has bread...30 minutes...nothing we complain of the delay...and we are answered if you came to 7.30 a.m. you ate before: great service compliments!... but did you take the reservation at 20.30 ????? It was enough to say no place. I point out that a gentleman sitting before us was served after, and maybe the fault of our complaints was jumped... he says I'm not a client if I have something to say I don't think of you... well I apologize maybe it's part of the staf... what answer!! at 22.00 comes the meat.....1 cut with the mixed meat and we are told in the meantime to split it... and the other grill? The indispettite waitress said now we see if there is another... we were going to get up and go paying the due... then in the end ..I insisted to stay so long now.... the evening and went so.... they carry a second grill where the meat asked well cooked instead was little cooked ... and always all cold , the side dishes grilled vegetables . the owner comes and apologizes and proposes not to pay the bill...but we joke....I at dinner outside go to hope to find me well to eat what is asked in acceptable times and pay. Otherwise I’m at home . my friend says Mrs. if you want to taste the meat and you realize that you don’t say to criticize for free .... answer: I don’t eat meat I’m vegan!... disappears then comes back half of the consumption, tells us the meat not paid.... other mistake... I tell him I want to pay what I eat and continue .. I bring you the lava stone? I wonder, but what do we eat the warmed meat... in the middle of consumption???? What a lovely dinner. We eat for hunger because we were without lunch and that hour where you go? August? And I think. Puristic, very family restaurant with excellent meat and homemade pasta. Here you feel like friends. Recommended for families with children.
We had desire for grilled meat and when we returned from the sea we stopped at the restaurant Il Pratone. Immersed in nature, simple, quiet and well-kept with pearls and tables surrounded by flowers. The owner, kind and friendly, brought us excellent grilled pork, with beef tasting, accompanied with grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes. Cooking, good and tender meat, excellent contours. We will definitely come back!
I ate very well at Pratone a few years ago when the owners were in Castiglione della Pescaia, I returned last week with friends for dinner but this time in Montorsaio where they have their farm divine dinner at km 0! We ate an excellent Florentine steak, fried verdurine, roasted potatoes, and their homemade desserts that are always a guarantee for the palate! All accompanied with good wine from the house. Roberto the owner available and kind as always, friendly staff and hand. Good value for money. I recommend it to everyone!
