Awesome bistro in charming location. Owner Lorenzo and his staff treated me with great hospitality. Eventhough I was by myself I got a nice table and attention. Lovely aperitif with wine. Highly recommend this stop while exploring central Pisa. Will definitely go back again.

Small, run by young and energetic staff, great light food and a good selection of wines and beers. the location is convenient but perhaps not as nice as the food.

We had dinner inside (total capicity of ca 13/15 people, the terrace outside offers more tables) and it was a nice surprise as there were no typical Tuscan dishes on the menu. Nice (non typical Tuscan) decor as well. As a starter the anchovis with butter tasted really good. The risotto with vegetables and the Pave (filetto di manzo) with mustard potatoes were prepared with great care, that you could taste. Quality of the meat was very good and the risotto was cooked perfectly. Available wine by the glass and also beer. What would you wish more besides a genuine smiling waitress and a friendly chef asking how the food was? O yes, tasty crostata with apricots and a mascarpone mouse to finish. Will recommend this place.

This bistro was recommened to us and the food was amazing. The menu was small and the dishes very nice and interestingly innovative.
