Small, welcoming and warm place, with a rustic style, decorated with paintings that give that extra touch to everything. We are really talking about very few tables; so I wouldn't dare go the route without booking first. The food is all homemade and hyper genuine. We started with a plate of cheeses accompanied by 2 jams (one pepper and onion and the other fruit), one better than the other; Serve with homemade fried dumplings. As a first course they make many types of fresh pasta, so we chose 2 tastings: cappellacci with mixed mushrooms asparagus and bacon tagliatelle. After these two delicacies we moved on to the fried lamb and finished with the tiramisu. We really had a great time!!! The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful and the prices are really modest. It certainly won't be our last meeting...
Just like at home but with lots of quality: handmade pasta, fantastic porchetta rabbit. Say more? Seeing is believing.
Tiziana sa come farci ingrassare senza rimorsi. Vera Cucina casereccia di qualità nel piccolo borgo medievale di Crispiero, immersi nelle Verdi colline Marchigiane. Prezzi onesti e simpatia . A presto.
La patronne-chef-cuoca Tiziana fa quasi tutto da sola con maestria e semplicità. Piatti della tradizione marchigiana. Squisiti e come da ricetta tradizionale i vincisgrassi (ma a richiesta c'è anche la versione in bianco coi carciofi) le carni anche locali (piccone, coniglio) e bonus, si possono portar via marmellate e prodotti sempre fatti rigorosamente in casa. Se capita il periodo, vedete di farvi servire il dolce di castagne tipico di Crispiero. Conto . Servizio semplice ma gentile ed educato. Il locale è molto piccolo, necessario prenotare.
