Il Portico - CASTELNUOVO DI PORTO

If you want paper thin crust with BIG flavors this the place to go. Good people, good food, and great view. Very much much off the tourist path but well worth the ride!

We had starters, pizza and dessert as well as wine. Everything was really nice and very good value for money. It seemed as if lots of people from the region go there.

In our 10 days holiday we have eaten here 3 times. The food is very good for low prices amd the view over the mountains from the terras is wonderfull. We have tried differend pizza's and starters, all great. The french fries for the childeren is good. And the wine also. The locals eat here and the staff is very friendly. If you want to eat outside in weekends: make a reservation.

I recommend everyone to go to the restaurant pizzeria Il Portico, beautiful place, the delicious pizza, the staff is qualified and the owner is very kind

Great local... we were only there once and was full, so we waited a little, but it's normal when there are so many people.....the pizzas are great and huge!! !
