It's like every US Starbucks great coffee and terrible food. I really like this place I always stop here on my trip up and down highway 5. One of my favorite Starbucks stores. It's a great break from the long drive on highway 5 to and from San Francisco and LA.

Very Nasty manager, untrained crew doesn't know how to make a proper order.I don't understand how they have managers with NO people skills and workers who get the orders wrong regardless of me stating my order TWICE.Try Peets for good coffee and excellent customer service!

The times I been here, customer service has been great. I would go to the drive-thru and the employee would say their name and then ask my name and what I want to drink. I ordered an Iced Chestnut Praline Latte. Service was quick and the employee giving out the drinks always had a smile.
