Subway - Casselman

Usually good food at this location. Disappointed when I asked for garlic aioli and the lady put on ranch instead(she had to go to the back as the one upfront was empty). Didn't notice until I got home, I really dislike ranch but love the garlic aioli. Wish she could of told me that they were our instead of substituting, luckily I'm not allergic to it.

The food was on par with what I've come to expect from most Subway restaurants. However, I noticed that there were three employees working, but they were all in the back chatting rather than attending to tasks. Every table was dirty, including the countertops and the pickup areas. The restrooms were in need of a thorough cleaning, and the floors throughout the restaurant were dirty with food debris and trash. Since we were the only customers there, I find it hard to understand why there was such a disregard for cleanliness and care from the staff.

I'm always impressed by the service at this restaurant, and you can't go wrong with their sandwiches. I usually stick with the B.M.T.

The lettuce was quite wilted, but the sandwich with spinach was fantastic.
