Village Grill & Chill - Cass City

Stopped in today to get a banana split for my husband. After paying for it, the girl that took our money began to prepare making it. She did not wash her hands or put on gloves. After peeling the banana, she proceeded to cut the banana with her bare hands. That is just plain gross! Please train your staff good hygiene.

The food is amazing! The staff is beyond friendly and the owners truly care about the business. Look at the improvements made! I wish they would stay open longer each year!! A

We love the Village Grill Chill. We get our lunch there at least twice a week. Friendly workers and the owners are great people.

Would be nice if you put ice cream sundaes in To go food containers, when a customer asks for a sundae to go. Instead my mother had to hold a McDonald’s bag under the sundae while driving home, which created a major mess.

We love stopping in when we are nearby but...yesterday was odd. Loved our treats! Girls were very efficient and friendly despite the crowd at 8:30 being that they close at 9:00. But they shut lights off at 8:40 and as soon as they handed out the last item ordered, they bolted outta the building, leaving the ketchup and trays and such all outside, the screen window open and it was 8:50. So if you want to order, better get there plenty early cuz they apparently do not stay open til closing. And bring your own condiments because theirs stay out for the public to mess with all night
