La Costa Mexican - Casper

We received the wrong order, but since it was late in the evening, we decided to go ahead and eat it. Normally, I don't order drinks at restaurants, but I decided to try a house margarita. Unfortunately, it barely had any tequila in it—just tasted like overly sweet lime juice. I didn't mention anything because we hardly ever saw the same server twice, so it was difficult to get their attention. The food itself was disappointing—not authentic at all, and as someone who grew up eating homemade Mexican food, I found it lacking. Why was there cheddar cheese on the burrito? It was unappetizing. The rice had no flavor, although the salsa was decent.

The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

The food we received was cold and served on paper plates wrapped in tin foil, resulting in sauce and food spilling everywhere. The restaurant charged us for what we ordered, but we didn't receive the correct items. When we tried to address the issue, the staff were unfriendly and dismissive, insisting it was our responsibility to contact the delivery service. The food is overpriced and tastes no better than leftover, low-quality fast food Mexican. Save your money and time; there are much better options available.
