Caffe Casolani - CASOLE D'ELSA

This restaurant experience is our favourite in Tuscany. It’s a gem up in the hills of a small historic village, which is also our absolute perfect holiday spot ! We were here last year on a very special occasion indeed chose to eat here a few times. The food that leaves the kitchen is outstanding and what can we say about the staff ? Amazing ! They all make you feel so welcome and very attentive. If you get a chance to visit on one of their jazz nights great Can’t wait until we return again Back home in Scotland missing them already.

We came here on a Sunday for lunch- it was super crowded and full of noisy happy people. We were amazed to be able to be seated and to be served. The food was good. We liked the onion tart and pasta with white pork sauce. The Chicken liver was much appreciated. Will come on a weekday next time.

Very good food, best canolo we ever tried, amazing tiramisu and pasta, nice atmosphere, very kind staff, will come again.

Attracted by the menu placed outside the local, in the central street of casole, we were impressed by the kitchen that combines the traditions of the Tuscan land to innovation. the dishes were all good, from appetizer to dessert. there is also a selection of typical wines rather supplied even if in the end we decided not to drink wine at dinner. the staff is discreet and prepared, and the service was fast. the restaurant is interesting inside although in my goto the choice of colors is a little recognized.

Today my heart brought me for the seventh time to the local coffee where I feel at home. . I drank and ate beautifully thanks to a cook, denise and a service is impeccable. there will certainly be an eighth time. thank you and once again sincere congratulations.
