We arrived early to enjoy some cocktails and amazing views. Absolutely beautiful! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic! Kudos to our server, Jackson! He worked tirelessly to ensure that we were generally satisfied with our meal and our experience! Great place!

The view is spectacular, the food is perfection, the staff is excellent. You have to see it yourself. Come early. Enjoy the view and enjoy a cocktail outside before dinner. This place is special.

Amazing evening at Canyon Kitchen. The folks there encouraged us to arrive early to soak up spectacular views of Cow Mountain, trout streams and gardens. Best flounder ever! Delicious cocktails! Try the Grapefruit Rubio. Menu changes daily wished we had made reservations for every night of our stay!
