The staff at this restaurant are extremely polite and helpful. The coffee was excellent and the toasties were delicious. The shop is very clean and I would recommend it to everyone.

The restaurant has a fantastic team of young staff members. Eleanor is always cheerful and welcoming with a smile. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious dishes and drinks.

I went to this café for coffee and ended up waiting a long time. When I asked why people who arrived after me were served first, I was told that they prioritize takeout and in-house orders before serving customers in order of arrival. I could have sat there all day waiting for my order. I requested a refund, which I received without an apology. Their policies prioritize orders over customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to this café.

Nice spot under the glass roof. Good selection of cakes. Coffee is average. I've had great Coffee Guru coffee elsewhere so was disappointed.

Really nice consistent coffee. Good range for all coffee drinkers with soy and lactose free milk. Friendly staff and have a decent looking cake fridge.
