Hersel's On The Bay - Caseville

On a positive note, the venue itself is beautiful, and the staff remained very friendly despite the chaos. My recommendation would be to be very specific about the meal choices and to calculate the guest count carefully, as I have yet to see the owner or manager get it right!

I recently attended a wedding at Hersel's, and I was impressed with the quality of the food—it was excellent and well-prepared. The chalets and penthouse I toured were in fantastic condition, featuring brand new Vizio TVs. The service was top-notch, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. While the resort has the feel of several 1970s motel rooms, I could see that Hersel has invested significantly in upgrading the resort to keep it fresh and modern. I don't understand why some people are so critical about the rooms; they were really quite nice. Hersel was very accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great vacation!

I had an incredible experience during my visit! The private beach was wonderful, and I even had the opportunity to meet Hersel himself. He was extremely kind.

We dined here for the first time and were very impressed. The fish and chips were outstanding, and the coleslaw was quite tasty too. My husband ordered the blackened whitefish, which he thoroughly enjoyed, along with garlic mashed potatoes. The salad was nice as well. We will definitely return. The ribs also looked delicious. The portions were generous—more food than we could finish!

We dined here for the past two days, and the nachos, quesadillas, and burgers were fantastic. The drinks were great, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I even managed to win some money playing keno!
