Exceeded expectations. I’m always wary of “fusion” or people trying to make sushi something it’s not. The owner, Joel, was gracious to explain everything to us (you can feel the pride and effort he had put into his place) I ordered 73 euros, and was apprehensive. But…. The food was exceptional! Skip the gyoza and stick to the makis and especially the Gunkan. Really blow away by the flavors, quality of ingredients, and execution. I’ve eaten at Michelin starred venues all over the world, and this place gets my full recommendation. Rice proportion was perfect (minimal rice to maximize emphasis on other ingredients). Flavors all worked in harmony while simultaneously “popping”. Purple potato was clever. For me the food was interesting from tastes to textures. We are every single piece!

Eles dirão para você não molhar o sushi com molho de soja porque estão trabalhando com peixes de alta qualidade. É um lugar pequeno, então a reserva é obrigatória. Além disso, parece que você pode trazer seu cachorro com você. Este não era um cão de serviço. Foi bom.
