Pho World - Cascade-Fairwood

Beef pho was great! Meat is generous compared to other pho restaurants. The spring roll was also good. Peanut sauce is well made here. The staff is super friendly and polite. It seems like a mom and pop shop. Would def recommend.

Food wasn’t fresh. Customer service was really bad. Won’t go back again. Also I’ve tried this place since last 3 years and recently it’s getting bad on everything. I gave 1 star to this place edited it to 2 and edited again to 3 stars. I don’t know what else to say. At least you should check it out if you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine. Sometimes not my taste could be your favorite food. Hopefully this place can bring back the same taste from year ago

1000+ stars!! I ordered over the phone for my partner and I as we 're currently dealing with the flu, and my mom offered to pick up and deliver it for us. The guy I 'm assuming is the owner, offered to bring the order to her car for her and made a comment about how much pho was ordered. She told him that we were sick and she was delivering it to us and he said Oh they 're sick! Wait a moment I 'm going to make something for you! He came back out a few minutes later and made what I can only describe as a ginger/lime tea? It was DELICIOUS and actually has us feeling so much better. He included a whole ginger clove and a half a lime and instructions on how to refill it and make more when it ran out. When my mom asked how much she could pay him for it he refused payment and instead gave her a hug. It was one of those moments that restored my faith in humanity <3 Not only this but the pho was excellent, we had the chicken and tofu pho, tofu fresh rolls, and iced coffee. Everything was great and the ownership is clearly above and beyond kind. 1000/10 recommend this place <3
