Exceptional service and quality. I was stranded in the middle of the night ten minutes from the hotel in a broken down car. I promised a 2 am check-in. Simone and Carlo were amazing. Got me road side assistance and a taxi at 2 am!
The hotel staff go above and beyond for the hotel guests.
The hotel is close by the airport, but unfortunately it does not meet the 4* category. The room was dusty, the hot water was not available for the entire night, the hairdryer was on and off, unable to use. The breakfast doesn’t have such a big variety, but the cutleries were not clean at all. During meal the staff was cleaning, being a strong smell of cleaning products in the restaurant. The only nice fact about the hotel were the reception ladies. I will not recommend
The restaurant, situated in the hotel, serves delicious food. I had the luxury of a huge outdoor balcony too, on the 1st floor. Very polite and friendly staff.
