Kfc - Casa Grande

I ordered the Big Box with 3 pieces for my husband, which was supposed to include 2 sides. Unfortunately, we only received one side. It’s disappointing to see our money being taken without receiving everything we paid for. It seems like they needed that second side more than we did.

I understand that every business is unique, and I’m not sure if it’s the location or the staff that makes a difference. Some places I’ve been to lately haven’t impressed me, so I won’t be returning to those. However, the ones I visited that are a bit farther away were fantastic, and I look forward to going back.

I had not eaten at this place since before the pandemic (although a fake pandemic). I stopped eating there because they hired the buffet. kfc has always been overpriced, but now the prices are described as complete bazaar. the only reason why I gave them two stars instead of one is because the eating was great and the loading was clean. the employees looked much more professional and cleaner than they were about 2 or 3 years ago. To sum up, it can be said that in casa grande it has nothing to do with KFC location, except for their trips. I would rather go to phoenix and dinate at a golden corral for an extra $2 per plate. I haven't been back at Kfc for several years.

I wanted to try the big 'ol bowl for 5 bucks. Finally got there and ordered it at the drive thru. It was a waste of 5 bucks! The bottom of the bowl was barely covered with Mac and cheese and about 4 pieces of cut up chicken on it. It was enough food for a toddler.

Had a bad experience yesterday with a girl at this KFC. I ask a question to one of the employees that works there and she was rude and just ignored me and roll her eyes and walk away. I can't believe KFC hires these kind of people. The manager saw her I believe that was the person in charge. Manager apologized for her just a horrible despicable attitude and just a bad person. I ask one of the other girls that work there what is her name she said it was Leatha. Her name should be lethal to a business. I do uber eats for a living and see alot of employees that work at other restaurants and this has been the worst customer service I have encountered in my uber eats Job
