Starbucks - Cary

Great location, awesome staff, and they have a few if the new line if tumbler cups. The wait wasn't long and service was quick.

Really bad service. There was only a trainee serving and she did not know how to make most drinks. Had to come back 30 minutes later when a more experienced employee was available, then found it that you can not use Starbucks rewards at in store Starbucks. On top of that the drink was made wrong.

Been twice and they have acted like my mobile order didn’t come through. I understand connects and internet are not always

This is the Starbucks that I compare all other locations to (and they set the bar high). I am so thankful that this is the closest one to my house and on my way to work. The team is fast, friendly and they always work to make things right. They are a bright spot to every day. Thank you so much to this team for helping me be my best every day.
