Mcdonald's - Cary

Got here an underoccupied neighborhood paw, so unnecessary to say I will stay away from this place

Mcdonald’s, but in the usa. they have mcrib. no breakfast all day. the app of my mcdonald does not work in the usa. clean. atmosphere: 4/5

Be prepared for rudeness. Signage asks to use the kiosks. Sorry, your kiosks are not working and annoying. You tax for indoor dining, it's good customer service to provide your customers with ordering at the register.

Fairly quick and efficient, considering the amount of people in line. I was concerned with using a kiosk instead of waiting in lin for a real person. It was The first time I used the kiosk indoors. It asks for a login and I was without an app on my phone. I then realized you can do it without the phone. It was too crowded for me to stay so I ended up taking it to go. I did learn that I no longer need that time consuming app just to find a good deal and check out. The kiosk was much faster for me than that!

This is the WORST McDonald's in Cary! The staff moves at a snails pace,and I've had wrong orders 3 times in the past week. You can see the fustration on the customer's eyes; as soon as you walk in the dining room. There was a spilled sundae on the floor,and management made zero efforts to pick it up.Do yourself a favor if your in Cary...go to the McDonald's in Morisville. Your experience will be much better.
