Jimmy John's - Cary

This place used to make a great service, fast and never a mistake with an order. for this we have ordered several times a week from them. in the last months it has gone completely downhill, sandwiches come with burned brot and the order is always wrong. ordering also often go for the delivery status for an hour to a time. If you complain that your sandwich is wrong, they tell you that it is not their problem!

I love Colin. Colin has such a contagious laugh and is a very friendly staff member. Would recommend based off of him alone.

Italian sub was okay, maybe I should've tried other sandwiches but the large cookie was great though. Subway or Mike's place sandwiches taste a lot better in my opinion, but I recommend those two instead.

For me it was just a regular sandwich. Nothing special on it. I expected it to be at least warm

You know a place is understaffed and poorly managed when your order takes longer than 70 minutes to arrive, regardless of whether it’s peak time or not. This location is consistently subpar compared to other JJ locations with delivery times, customer service, and order accuracy. Unless you are going into the shop to order or have the foresight to order delivery more than an hour before you’re ready to eat, steer clear of this location.
