Seriously great food. The collard greens are the best I've ever had

Absolutely amazing Dickys location. We have ordered from here 4 times, 3 times it was delicious and exactly what we ordered. Today we had an incorrect order (ordered 2 meat plate with ribs, and were missing ribs). Called the location to see what we could do, and they remedied it instantly. The associate handled the call with empathy, the manager called me back, and then texted me the resolution. Incredible service, delicious food. 5 star recommend this location. Go Dickys Cary!

This place is amazing! The vibe was great! My family and I Walked in and people was dancing and smiling having a good time! The food was very delicious! The meat was perfect! Customer Service was absolutely fantastic!

Just ate dinner there and it was nearly empty. The staff eventually greeted me. I had never been there so wasn't sure what to do until they eventually told me, but not right off. I also saw someone else walkout because they were ignoring them. Really expensive for a bbq sandwhich combo. I'm used to more like 10-12 not 17. I also asked for slaw on the sandwhich but didn't get it. Not a great experience but I have never been in the area and wasn't sure where to go.

I just walked in and there were three folks in the back. One person at the register looked at me and did not say a word. The other two oblivious. Yes poor customer service walked out. Will keep traveling out of the way to City BBQ.
