Burger King - Cary

I just arrived and it tells me that I have to wait 15 minutes to get my order while the employees are outside smoking that disappoint this place

Now when I pulled in there not only but one person in parking lot and it still took over 10 min to get my order. Poor worker was the only one working the front she was taking order at counter and at window. This wasn't her fault as she was only working with the tools that were given to her. The food was horrible. I got the chicken fries and onion and I swear they must refried them because they were HORRIBLE. I was just coming off long flight and didn't feel like turning around but I just won't return again. Please do better Burger King I know you don't represent this type of quality of food.

I just pulled out a few. they were fast and very polite. the sweet on our burgers was exceptionally fresh. building seemed reasonable clean. food: 5/5

That is one of the best burger kings. while others were closed, or only opened for the drive thru, this location is full service, and the service was excellent- very friendly staff, and fast cook. our food was delicious and fresh, and they have a well sorted (and work! coke freestyle. it was really enjoyed to take the children here for lunch! child-friendly: they had crons waiting and many children choose meal, including healthy options. parking lot: many parking spaces, and well laid quantity.

Not here. I had to wait for 10 minutes on the car-dru board when nobody else was in the line, you would think that this is the worst part, but then they somehow screwed up my job when I was the only car there. I ordered a chicken sand, which ended under coke and muddy, swirl rings, which were completely overcooked and hard, and 2 burgers without cheese, both ended to get cheese. I was the only person in the whole business, so I'm insecure how they messed up that hard. Take my warning and don't eat here.
