Bruegger's Bagels - Cary

I love you. Breuggers, I feel like the quality of the bagels have recently improved, but unfortunately have smaller... Could be just me. Never satisfied, but there is usually a line here for obvious reasons... operating hours.

Great staff, great food and very efficient in serving. Nicely soft on the inner bagels.

I have loved this Bagel shop for over ten years, friendly staff (my grandson's high school friends have worked here), good bagel sandwiches, fresh well made bagels for brunch at home, etc. Today, Saturday I was shocked when both employees were rude. It was an hour before the conclusion of time and all the other bagels were thrown into a few bins, to the extent that the young green-haired boy at the bagel counter could not tell me where was. When I was not sure he had heard me and repeated the rest of my order, he said loud and with obvious irritation, IHEARD you! It seemed that both employees were very anxious to close and get out and that customers were an effort in the last hour. After so many years of good service this was very disappointing. I grew up in a family business and would NIE go to service in the last minutes of the store 's open as I understand how much it is to do to close ready. But that was an hour before closing. If I hadn't really needed the bagels for the company the next morning, I would have left without my order.

Really delicious bagel. Soft, fluffy and airy. Many toppings and fresh ingredients. The bagel seemed a little small, but the taste and taste for him. The staff is very friendly.

I stopped by today to pick up two sandwiches. Ive seen the same employees in here often when I visit. Typically the service is not very personable but they have decent food so I continue to go. This time they had 7-8 people in here and they managed to give me the wrong order. It was probably because 3 came from the back very suddenly and the people by the register carried on a conversation with each other while having headphones in the entire time. I went back to get a refund and it seemed like they didn?t care they made a mistake. They didn?t offer to re make it or do anything above and beyond to retain my business. I didn?t even receive a genuine apology from anyone in there. I will no longer go to this location and I will suggest to others to do the same.
