Brew Coffee - Cary

Awesome setting, The staff were great, Nice selection. I was a little overwhelmed when I came in (unrelated to the restaurant, had a brief sensory overload from other things) and the atmosphere was calming. Asked the server what drinks they recommend/personally like, picked an iced option that they brought up, and it was really good. (I greatly appreciate them they gave me way more help than they will know just by doing that for me) 10/10, highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Asked about cold foam-was flatly told ‘no’. Employees scrolling phones while making coffee. No concern for prolonged customer wait times. Will not return. 2 stars bc coffee beans were good quality.

Good food good coffee but the lady at the front taking orders is rude

When it's busy, the wait is 5+ min (depending on what is ordered). When it's not, 1 to 3 min. Small selection of food items. Pastries come from local business of the triangle. The staff believe in quality control. If something isn't right, they will make it again till it is.
