A Marisqueira - Carvoeiro

Worth visiting, nice eating and personal, this restaurant has a tourist menu, but it is ala carte menu it is worth trying. their steaks are too perfected full of taste good the money worth, to busy times can be better to book a table.

Always busy restaurant on estrada do farol on the street west of carvoeiro. shona had chickenpiri-piri, which was partly filet, but there were still some pesky bones. I had a burger who was in order, but not as good as elsewhere in the city.

Vrij duur voor Portugal , alleen het biertje al, ook de gerechten en als het dan iets aparts was maar nee, lasagne vrij nat doch redelijk smaakvol pasta zo zwaar dat hij als een blok beton op je maag lag , vissoep was prima

We had a reservation for six people at 19.30 and arrived 10 minutes early. The place was crowded but definitely not full. We ordered water and wine, checked the menu and ordered two different salads as a starter and three different main courses. After almost one hour we got our starter and 20 minutes later the main course. Terrible and slow service! and not very tasty food. We also got overcharged of €10 of one of the mains. Obviously we’ll never visit that place again.

We ate here last night and had fantastic service and food. We ate the ribs and Portuguese steak, they were excellent, we will return and would definately recommend to others.
